Refund policy

Printed Educational Materials

Printed educational materials are refundable if returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.  Materials must be returned at the sender’s expense to the warehouse they were sent from.  Once received, WSET will process the refund back to the credit card used for the original payment within 10 working days.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.   

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.  Note that vouchers cannot be redeemed online.  Please contact StudentServicesTeam@wsetglobal.com to redeem your gift voucher.    

Certificates and Badges

Certificates and badges are non-refundable once WSET has processed the order. 

WSET will automatically refund items that cannot be processed.  For example, if you request a digital certificate for a qualification not currently available.  We will also refund certificate and badge orders per your written request provided it is received before we process your order.
