WSET Replacement Certificates

Replacement certificates are available to order for all current and historical WSET qualifications.  Replacement certificates can be ordered to replace your paper certificate with a digital one, replace a lost certificate or reissue your certificate after a legal name change.   

As of August 1, 2025, WSET transitioned fully to digital certificates.  All replacement certificates will now be issued as digital certificates. Paper replacement certificates are no longer available. 

Currently, digital certificates are available for the following qualifications. For other historical qualifications, please check back in early 2026.  

Level 1 - Level 3 Award in Wines
Level 4 Diploma in Wines
Level 1 - Level 3 Award in Spirits
Level 1 - Level 3 Award in Sake
Level 1 - Level 2 Award in Beer
Level 2 - Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits
Level 4 Diploma in Wines and Spirits

 

Discounts are available for multiple digital certificates requested in the same order to support those students who would like to upgrade past certificates to digital credentials.  For 2 digital certificates, a 40% discount will be applied with a 50% discount on orders for 3+ certificates. Discounts are applied at checkout.

After you submit your order, our team will verify your details before releasing your digital certificate. Please allow time for this process and ensure your data is accurate to help avoid delays.

For students in Mainland China, please contact your course provider regarding replacement certificates. 

Please note that we are unable to provide replacements for certificates issued more than 30 years ago.
